Manager - Training & Development Responsibilities: Assures the effective delivery of classroom training and the implementation of corporate training strategy. Manages a team of classroom trainers, conducts some classroom training, evaluates effectiveness of training, and contributes to the overall success of the training department function. Supervises staff of classroom trainers, setting performance standards, providing performance feedback and development and assuring effective training delivery. Occasionally conducts new-hire and continuing education, process improvement training, and leadership education.
