Property Manager Responsibilities: Provide the highest quality of service to clients as it is requested including responding promptly and courteously to all resident inquiries, needs, and emergencies. Monitor collection of association dues. Implement and enforce policies, rules and regulations of the association. Attend required meetings of the Board of Directors which may include nights and/or weekends. Intake, schedule and follow-up of all work orders. Establish, set-up, and maintain the Management files for each assigned property in order to facilitate organized and easily retrieved records.
