The essential duties and responsibilities r the Sales Training Manager include the following: Assess abilities of sales representatives and identify individual and group training needs. Train newly hired sales representatives and other cross-functional partners. Oversee sales representative training in the area of anatomy and physiology, neurovascular disease states and procedures, product knowledge, selling skills, administrative procedures, and time and territory management. Coordinate, review and, when necessary, provide corrective training for Field training assignments.
