Chef Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire Retail Culinary operation at a College or University. Responsible for all production, menu compliance, daily operation as well as safety and sanitation. Maintaining and upgrading quality standards and production levels, promoting safety and sanitation, inspections of kitchen areas and employees for proper sanitation, training and hiring of all associates.
